I am thoroughly smitten with a plastic box, full of light leaks and imprecision. Ah holga... such a charming camera, and then couple it with a polaroid back and you have perfection. I've been dipping into my humble stash of polaroid film and mourning that soon this phase with my holga will be over. But thankfully I have another project on the horizion. My parents let me take a stash of film that has been in their refrigerator for the past 20 years. I can't wait to run it through and see what kind of magic my dear camera can produce. Be sure you will see the results of that project here. But to start this blog here are some of my polaroid or rather holgaroid images from a trip to Oregon in May/June 2008.

Hello World
Here I am. I decided a lot of good could come input from family and friends so I am willing to share my journey in photography and share some of my other artistic endeavors- painting, prints, holga, food, and anything else I create.
